This policy applies to paid MineAPI subscriptions purchased through FastSpring, our Merchant of Record. It should be read together with the MineAPI Terms of Service.
Each MineAPI account is eligible for this refund once only, on its first purchase of a paid MineAPI plan. Your request must reach us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the successful initial transaction. Upgrading or changing plans, purchasing another paid plan, or starting a new subscription on the same MineAPI account does not create or restart a new 14-day refund period. The Free plan has no charge and therefore no refundable payment.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal payments are non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in Section 3 and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may cancel at any time using the subscription-management method made available with your order or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until that date and are not charged for a later renewal. Cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund for unused time.
Regardless of whether a payment is an initial purchase or a renewal, the following exceptions apply:
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot be waived or restricted by contract.
Email info@minecodecraft.com from the address associated with your MineAPI account. Include your FastSpring order reference, the purchased plan and a short explanation of the request. For a duplicate charge or service-failure request, include enough detail for us to verify the issue. Do not send full card details or other sensitive payment information.
Approved refunds are processed through FastSpring to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on FastSpring, your payment provider and your bank. When the subscription purchase itself is refunded in full, paid access ends immediately and the subscription is cancelled. Refunding only a confirmed duplicate charge does not cancel the otherwise valid subscription.
