This policy explains what data we collect when you use the MineAPI service (account, portal and API), how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. When you register, we collect your email address, company / application name, contact-person name, and a securely hashed password. These identify your account and let us contact you about the Service.
For each API request we record metadata: the API key used, the endpoint, timestamp, request IP address and HTTP status. Each accepted API call counts as one monthly request. We use this for metering, quota and rate-limit enforcement, billing accuracy, security and abuse prevention. We do not need or store the personal data of your end users.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. FastSpring independently processes checkout and payment data as our Merchant of Record. Depending on the checkout fields and integration settings, FastSpring may provide us with customer and contact details, order and subscription identifiers, billing country, purchased plan, amount, currency, tax, and payment or refund status. We use this information only as needed to activate and manage the Service, provide support, prevent fraud, handle refund requests and maintain required records.
Our web server records standard access data (IP address, request path, time) for security and troubleshooting.
We process account, usage and payment data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), and process security and abuse-prevention data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Where we rely on consent (e.g. certain communications), you may withdraw it at any time.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards and the providers' own commitments.
The customer portal uses a technically necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery. MineAPI marketing and legal pages may store the mcc_lang language-preference cookie, while the portal stores its language selection locally in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies in the portal or API. FastSpring's hosted checkout is governed by FastSpring's own privacy and cookie terms.
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. API usage logs are retained for up to 24 months for security, billing and capacity purposes, then deleted or anonymised. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data except where retention is legally required.
All traffic uses HTTPS encryption. Passwords and API key secrets are stored only as cryptographic hashes (we never store the raw key). The MineAPI database is isolated from our other services and access is restricted.
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict/object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Users in Türkiye are protected under Law No. 6698 (KVKK); users in the European Economic Area under the GDPR. To exercise any right, contact us at info@minecodecraft.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
